Here at the Trashure Studio we’re experimenting with yet more un-recycled waste! Here we are putting together a table using small Yakult bottles– a favorite Philipino yogurt drink.

Pop bottle tree — this little transparent bonsai is crafted from a 2L sprite bottle and sports drinking-straw flowers. Here it is catching the morning sun after being bought from a resourceful woman on the streets of Baguio, Philippines!

These Trashure coasters are next their way to a Fair Trade store in Germany. Orders like this inspire massively here in the cities, jump-starting community recycling and, most of all, getting folks to think differently about garbage.
