I had the chance to visit the remote and beautiful village of Kadaclan last week. We built an Ecobrick bench at the school then the next morning I learned how to pound and winnow rice! This is the amazing basket weaving technology (in action) that we are building on to create the organic frisbee. Mam Paula here prepares her families rice every morning like this– and of course it comes straight from their field!
